Terms & conditions

All bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit at the time of booking. All taxes and continental breakfast are included in rates.

All accounts to be cleared before guests departure.

Major Credit Cards accepted or deposit in our Bank account.

Cancellation fees: Less than 21 days before arrival: 30% of total charges. Less than 7 days prior to arrival date during the high season: 70% of total charges. No-show fee or departure prior to scheduled date: 100% of total charges. All taxes and continental breakfast are included in rates.

Restrictions: Due to the location of the property (on the edge of the cliff), architecture style (low perimeter walls), and clientele, we accept children over the age of 13. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. For stays less than 3 nights, we reserve the right to increase the daily room rate by 10%.
